Parfois même les meilleurs d’entre nous prennent des décisions irréfléchies. De mauvaises décisions. Des décisions que nous savons déjà que nous allons regretter sur le moment, à la minute, ou plus précisément le matin qui va suivre. Je veux dire peut-être pas regretter, regretter parce qu’au moins on aura été capable de prendre un risque. Mais quand même... quelque chose au fond de nous décide de faire une folie. Une chose dont on sait qu’elle va forcément se retourner contre nous. On le sait, mais on le fait quand même. Ce que je veux dire c’est... on récolte ce qu’on sème. On a ce qu’on mérite. C’est le karma et peu importe comment vous voyez sa, votre karma vous empoisonne.

Wanneer ik naar het uur kijk merk ik dat het nog geen minuut later is, in erbarmelijke staat verdwaal ik in een tijdloze omgeving die me als een steentje in een schoen kwelt totdat ik stoppen moet. Ik sluit mijn ogen, en hoop uren verder te zijn wanneer ik ze open. Helaas, hoewel mijn lichaam keer op keer om slaap schreeuwt lijkt het me nooit echt te lukken om eens een degelijke nachtrust te verkrijgen. Een ware tantaluskwelling voor me. Ik moet observeren hoe minuten uren lijken en moet dit alles ondergaan met een ondragelijk gevoel. Een gevoel dat me wilt vertellen dat er iets ontbreekt. De grauwe donkere klanken overheersen in het klankspel dat weerklinkt in de holle kamer waar ik mij bevind. De gedachten in mijn hoofd beuken tegen mijn schedelpan, ze stormen totdat elke vorm van gevangenschap verdwenen is, totdat mijn hoofd barst en explodeert waarop elk stukje van mijn grijze massa zich als een projectiel verspreidt doorheen de ruimte waarna de muren zich vernieuwen met een bloedrode kleur. Ik raap de stukjes schedel en hersenen op en puzzel ze stukje voor stukje tot ze weer hun eigen vorm verkrijgen met een extra dimensie. Het is ondragelijk om te wachten, het is ondragelijk om keer op keer te puzzelen met jezelf tot het weer allemaal goed zit.

Si tu savais ce que je trouve là bas chaque fois, le rythme lent de la terre où les vies passent doucement pas à pas. Si tu savais ce qu'ensemble veut dire là bas... Ici nos âmes sont grises, les gens ne se regardent pas, les sentiments s'enlisent, et l'on ne voit que ce que l'on n'a pas. Si tu savais, comme je me retrouve quand je suis là bas, comme chaque jour est fort là bas, les bonheurs, les misères, tout se partage même le moindre repas. Le pain et les chimères, la peur de l'au- delà, juste offrir et se taire, sans réfléchir juste comme ça. Si tu savais, il suffit de donner, aimer c'est partager. Le bonheur, c'est partager.
